“I am a customer of over 10 years and have found my experiences with the company to be outstanding, including the professionalism and courtesy of the employees along with the quality of the service. Such attributes were in full effect when I needed service during the recent inclement weather. The representative who delivered the heating oil, Tom, was in his usual good-nature form, despite the harsh conditions. It was a joy interacting with him along with the dispatcher who kept me posted on the status of the delivery. I look forward to continuing the relationship with the company.”

“Alcus fuel is the only company I can trust. Originally they were local, but ive since moved and cant find any other company I can trust. As a single mom, to see that little red gage all the way at the top of the tank and know I didnt get screwed on my delivery is like heaven. Knowing I dont have to argue and im getting what I pay for is such a relief and one less worry off my plate. And it goes without saying how fast, and reliable they are. See for yourself!! “I have lived at my home for 20 years, I haved used multiple oil companies. However Alcus fuel is #1 Oil Company,When I call to schedule a delivery the customer service reps are great, the oil delivery guy Tom is amazing, he sets me at ease and makes me feel comfortable, and last but not least, the heating oil is premium, it does not run out fast and its not watered down. “The ladies who take the call are of enormous help. The delivery is prompt and a recent need for emergency burner service on a very cold night was met within a few hours. You won't find a better, more attentive company. I only wish I had them earlier.”

“I went in to have my BBQ propane tank filled because I thought it was empty since no gas was coming out when I tried to BBQ. Gerry took my money but once she lifted the tank to fill it said that it was pretty much full, no need for a refill. Not only did she give me my money back right away, she purged the tank and fixed the valve for me, all for free. I took it home and it started up right away on the grill.Other places might have just taken my money and sent me on my way but she took the time to give great customer service at no cost. Needless to say, she has a customer who will be back every time.”

“i awoke to no heat on a 20 degree day,after calling someone i had used before and received no return phone call, i checked Angies list and found Alcus. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and professional. and though i did not expect it, she said someone will be out that same morning. The serviceman "Juan" arrived about 1 hour later, replaced the bad part, and for a very reasonable price serviced our boiler. The heat was up in no time. this service was great from start to finish.”
