“I am a customer of over 10 years and have found my experiences with the company to be outstanding, including the professionalism and courtesy of the employees along with the quality of the service. Such attributes were in full effect when I needed service during the recent inclement weather. The representative who delivered the heating oil, Tom, was in his usual good-nature form, despite the harsh conditions. It was a joy interacting with him along with the dispatcher who kept me posted on the status of the delivery. I look forward to continuing the relationship with the company.”
“Alcus fuel is the only company I can trust. Originally they were local, but ive since moved and cant find any other company I can trust. As a single mom, to see that little red gage all the way at the top of the tank and know I didnt get screwed on my delivery is like heaven. Knowing I dont have to argue and im getting what I pay for is such a relief and one less worry off my plate. And it goes without saying how fast, and reliable they are. See for yourself!! Sincerely a very satisfied client!”
“I have lived at my home for 20 years, I haved used multiple oil companies. However Alcus fuel is #1 Oil Company,When I call to schedule a delivery the customer service reps are great, the oil delivery guy Tom is amazing, he sets me at ease and makes me feel comfortable, and last but not least, the heating oil is premium, it does not run out fast and its not watered down. Happy Holidays Alcus.”

Long Island family business since 1988
Founder Jim started Alcus Fuel after getting poor service from his own oil company — and decided Long Island families deserved better. Decades later the Alcus family is still answering the phone, delivering oil, and treating customers like family.
